ASUS G53 review and spec. New 3D Gaming Laptop

Asus has debuted a 3D gaming laptop called the ASUS ROG G53 3D. This Laptop fully 3D capable for use with active shutter glasses. The ASUS G53 design inspired by F117 stealth bomber design like ASUS ROG G73h but more portable model with 15.6-inch LED-backlit “HD” display.

The ASUS G53 3D features a  15.6-inch LCD screen (a 120Hz panel for 3D readiness is optional), a Core i3, i5 or i7 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, up to two HDDs or SSDs. Additionally, the ASUS ROG G53 features a USB 3.0 port, an optional Blu-ray drive, and high definition 3D capabilities through an HDMI 1.4 port and an Nvidia ‘Ehtusiast’ discrete graphics card – probably the GeForce GTX 480M. This ASUS gaming Laptop measures 381 x 290 x 60 mm, an F117 stealth bomber design, an illuminated keyboard.

The ASUS G53 has the same amazing stereoscopic 3D display as ASUS incredible G51Jx laptop, and NVIDIA 3D Vision technology puts you smack in the middle of the action, whether you’re watching a movie or playing a game. active-shutter lCD glasses and a 120Hz refresh rate deliver full-resolution 3D images that can be viewed from any angle for total immersion — all in a package that’s portable enough to take with you wherever you go. ASUS has yet to release a price point or release date, but once they do we’ll let you know.
