Samsung S7320E Wave 723 Samsung has just announced the latest bada powered smartphone, the Samsung Wave 723. The Samsung S7230E Wave 723 developed based on the bada SDK verison 1.1, which offers auto-UI scaling and offer you access to apps via an app store.
