Toshiba just announced the arrival of the new Toshiba Satellite A665. The Toshiba is a 15.6-inch gaming and multimedia laptop with Nvidia 3D Vision technology, active shutter glasses, and a Blu-ray optical drive. This is first laptop that provides gamers with a true 3D experience.
The Satellite A665 powered by a combination of Nvidia 3D Vision technology and the latest Intel Core Series i7 quad-core processor, to bring you images “that leap off the screen”. So you will need a pair of 3D Vision active shutter glasses, a 3D HD 15.6-inch TruBrite LED backlit screen scanning at a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Toshiba A665 has features the Nvidia GeForce GTS 350M dedicated GPU, 640GB hard disk ( 750GB option coming in August), up to 4GB of DDR3 memory,an HDMI port, 802.11n WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth, three USB ports, an eSATA/USB combo connector, a multi-in-one card reader, a backlit keyboard, and a hybrid TV tuner.
Toshiba Satellite A665 Laptop also provides you Harman Kardon stereo speakers, Dolby Advanced Audio, Toshiba’s USB Sleep-and-Music technology – that lets users play music from connected MP3 players through the laptop’s speakers, even when in Sleep or Stand By mode – and Resolution+ picture processing technology to make everything you need. The Satellite A665 notebook will also be available without 3D capability featuring a 40.6cm (16.0”) LED backlit HD display.
The Satellite A665 has a metallic textured pattern chassis with silver chrome accents on the LCD cover and inside and will come with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit pre-installed. The Toshiba Satellite A665 will be available this July and Pricing has yet to be announced.
