Toshiba Offering a sleek and stylish look, a comfort-driven design and performance geared for everyday mobility at mainstream price points in this Netbook. The Toshiba Satellite T215 series is a result of Toshiba’s expertise in mobility, combining a lightweight, stylish and easy-to-carry form factor with the multimedia performance for everyday tasks and entertainment that consumers want.
The Toshiba Satellite T215 is a led backlit 11.6-inch diagonal TruBrite HD widescreen display thin and light notebook powered by AMD hardware of the recently announced Satellite T210 which popped up in the UK and Japan. Toshiba T215 powered by either single-core or dual-core AMD Athlon II Neo processors with ATI Mobility Radeon HD4225 HD, eSATA, and Windows 7 Home Premium.
The Satellite T215 ultrathin laptops also feature HDMI ports, measures 284 x 202.8 x 16.6 – 26.2 mm, weighs 1.48 kg, 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, 802.11b/g/n WiFi and built-in Webcams, as well as smart Toshiba features, like USB Sleep-and-Charge5, and Toshiba Media Controller, ReelTime and Bulletin Board. This machine also has USB Sleep-and-Charge technology to charge the smartphone and MP3 player, even with the PC off. And it comes with a Hard Drive Impact Sensor to help guard your files and media against jolts and jostling.
Toshiba Satellite T215 series netbooks offer a premium look while delivering on smart design elements, like a comfortable full-size raised tile keyboard and wide TouchPad. This device will be available in three colours (red, black or white) and the inside has a matte silver textured with chrome trim.
The Satellite T215 delivers the horsepower and multimedia capabilities for playing games and streaming video, great for digital entertainment lovers who demand a richer Web experience, but expect an exceptional battery life rating. The Toshiba Satellite T215 will go on sale in the US from June 20th. $469 for the single core AMD Neo II model and $499 for the dual-core version.
